Holiday Blend - Ethiopia and Brazil - Each year we come up with a Holiday Blend … ok mostly because people ask for it. HOWEVER, it gives us the chance to do something new and fun and experiment a little. So we are happy to oblige. This year we decided to re-imagine a few of our favorite single origins, blending them together and tweaking their roast profile to bring out some vibrancy that reminds us of holiday cheer!
