This coffee has been one of our year round favorites. The flavors of the oak whiskey barrel add an extra zing to an already amazing Ethiopian coffee. Throughout the year we rotate barrels and each new barrel brings subtle differences to coffee. The current barrel is a from a whiskey from our good friends at Bull Run Distillery here in Portland, OR.
