Brazil Joao Marcos Botehlo: Medium Roast - The crown jewel of this collection because of the Anaerobic Fermentation method used for processing this coffee. Anaerobic Fermentation is an experimental process done in oxygen-deprived vessels for longer times than traditional fermentation. This creates more intense flavors, often producing a syrupy body and 'juicy, fruit-like' tasting notes.
Sumatra Tuvu Batak: Medium-Plus Roast - A bold, flavorful coffee from the Gayo Highlands of Sumatra in Indonesia. It has a sweet, earthy, low-acid profile that is truly distinctive. We’ve roasted this coffee to a medium plus (just short of 2nd crack which signifies the separation between medium and dark), so that the bold, earthy, tobacco and nutty flavors are optimized.
Cannonball: Dark Roast is a rich and roasty coffee, offering a bold cup without losing the flavors of each origin contributing to this masterful blend.
Mountain Sunrise: Medium Roast is our signature Cascadia 3 bean blend bringing together South and Central America coffees with a touch of an Ethiopian selection for a pleasant medium roasted coffee.
Vista Trail: Light Roast is designed to be a mellow light roast with pleasant, nutty acidity. The single origin honey processed coffee from Costa Rica offers a lively sweetness blended with a Honduran co-op coffee presenting a light nuttiness.
Colombia Decaf: Medium Roast This is not only a great decaf, but it is an outstanding coffee. The decaffeination process uses a derivative of sugar cane which does not leave a chemical horse-hair flavor and aroma in most decafs. This process removes the majority of the caffeine while retaining the flavors of origin.It also translated into our Instant coffee flawlessly.
