Many roasters use dark roasts to hide coffee in their menu that has not aged well or use low grade coffees. We understand that some people really enjoy the low acidity and bold flavors of a Dark Roast. So we use the very same high quality coffees as our other offerings and roast them just barely into second crack (marking the beginning of dark roasts). Our goal is to provide a great tasting dark roast…and we think we nailed it!
