Noteworthy: Colombian coffee farmers are able to grow quality coffee year round because of the unique terroir in their country: the right balance of sunlight to rainfall and mountainous/ high elevation areas with rich soil where the coffee grows. There are over 600,000 coffee producers in Columbia! We are proud to work with our importer to source this particular regional blend as it supports smaller farms who otherwise wouldn't have enough quantity to sell their coffee alone.
Brewing Method: This coffee works well for all brewing methods.

We love the traditional coffees from Colombia. El Corazon is wonderful as a coffee that tastes like coffee but includes enough nuance of delicate flavors to keep it interesting! El Corazon (“the heart”) is a coffee that provides the flavor profiles that have come to be associated with Colombian coffee: mellow acidity, notes of roasted almonds and a subtle caramel-like sweetness. El Corazon is a regional blend of coffees that are available for a fresh crop export year round. We are bringing this back on our coffee menu for a limited time as a crowd favorite when we served it earlier in the year.
